1. Acceptance

Accessing or using RentRoom means you accept these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and you are responsible for activity under your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Listings

Property owners must publish truthful details, media, pricing, and availability. RentRoom may remove misleading or unlawful listings. We do not own listed properties.

4. Bookings

Bookings and rent agreements are between tenants and owners. Confirm visits, deposits, and payment terms directly. Any platform fees will be disclosed before confirmation.

5. Conduct

No fraud, spam, harassment, or illegal use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or harm other users.

6. Liability

RentRoom is a discovery and connection platform. We are not liable for disputes, damages, or losses arising from offline agreements between users.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
